Kit 'Bugin Tonic Box'

The 'Bugin Tonic Box' kit is a small box containing a fine bottle of Bugin Italian Dry Gin and 4 bottles of premium tonic water, divided into two different declinations to make Gin&Tonic with varied nuances. Behind the Bugin Italian Dry Gin production reality lies the passionate vision of Mauro Schiavo, a Piedmontese butcher and barman whose inspiration came from experimenting with themed evenings featuring fine cuts of Fassona veal combined with Gin&Tonic. These events matured in Mauro the desire to create an ideal distillate to accompany the various cuts of meat, and he thus began to select various botanicals over the years. The name 'Bugin' comes from the Piedmontese dialect term 'bocin', meaning 'calf'.

The 'Bugin Tonic Box' Kit includes a 20 cl bottle of Bugin Italian Dry Gin, two small bottles of Herbal Tonic Organic Limestone and two small bottles of Tonic Water Organic Limestone, housed in a case featuring the Mole Antonelliana, one of Turin's most iconic symbols. Bugin Italian Dry Gin is a compound gin made from a selection of botanicals such as juniper, genepy, arquebuse, artemisia, thyme, yarrow, angelica, tanaceto and zedoaria. All these ingredients are distilled individually in the still using the hot bain-marie method. The mixture is then blended and left to rest in stainless steel tanks for a month before being filtered and bottled. This results in a gin with intense balsamic and herbal aromas, thyme above all. Conversely, Limestone is a South Tyrolean brand of tonic waters and other non-alcoholic beverages produced in a truly eco-friendly spirit, without additives and artificial colourings, using only the highest quality raw materials from organic farming. While the Tonic Water is a premium tonic water with a classic style, the Herbal Tonic is flavoured with Mediterranean alpine herbs.
