More precisely, the winery is located in Radda in Chianti, nestled among magical hills painted by vineyards. The sunshine of the Tuscan land translates into a glass of this red wine that, from its land, also brings that magical \u003cem\u003echarm\u003c\/em\u003e that makes it a \u003cem\u003eunicum\u003c\/em\u003e not only in Italy but also throughout the rest of the world.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Red \"Montevertine\" is obtained from a blend of grapes that follows one of the blends traditionally made for Chianti Classico, namely 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo, and 5% Colorino. The grapes come from a vineyard area of 2.5 hectares, defined by rows with southeast and south exposure. The harvest is done manually and, once transported to the winery, the grapes are pressed and transformed into must. This ferments in cement tanks for about twenty days, before proceeding to the maturation phase for about \u003cstrong\u003e24 months in Slavonian oak barrels\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine \"Montevertine\" presents a bright and lively ruby red color. On the nose, the bouquet expresses fruity tones of raspberry, cherry, and currant, followed by spicy notes of juniper, licorice, and a vegetal trace reminiscent of moss and fern. The sip confirms the complex texture, evident in a composed tannin and a \u003cstrong\u003efull and enveloping body\u003c\/strong\u003e. It is a fresh, balanced wine of great taste.
